Taxes & Fees

Resort Fee
Please note that, effective June 2, 2008, RockResorts and Vail Resorts Hospitality will begin packaging all resort service items under one daily Resort Fee, which will include parking, Internet access, ski and golf valet services, fitness center access, and other services and amenities. At The Osprey at Beaver Creek, this will be a $30 daily charge per room.

Please Note: Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation to support projects that improve and enhance the White River National Forest. As part of this initiative, a voluntary donation of $1 per room for each night of your stay will automatically be added to your bill. 100% of your contribution will be forwarded to the National Forest Foundation.  For every dollar contributed by guests, the National Forest Foundation will invest $1.50 in on-the-ground conservation.  If you do not wish to make this contribution, simply let the front desk staff know and it will be removed from your bill immediately.

Tax Information
There is a 10.99% tax and surcharge applicable to all guestroom rates. This tax and surcharge is subject to change without notice.

Deposit Policy

Summer Season:
A one-night room and tax deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Full payment is due and non-refundable 24 hours prior to arrival and will be applied to the credit card at that time unless another form of payment is received.

Winter Season:
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.  Final payment will be applied to the credit card at that time unless another form of payment is received. Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival will require full payment at the time of booking. For reservations arriving between 12/23/06 & 1/3/07, a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.

Holiday Season:
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.  Full payment is due and non-refundable 60 days prior to arrival and will be applied to the credit card at that time unless another form of payment is received. Reservations booked within 60 days of arrival will require full payment at the time of booking.
Note: For all seasons, you will automatically be enrolled in the Vail Resorts "Peaks" loyalty program, at no cost to you, if you purchased lift tickets. You will receive program information by standard mail and will be offered the chance to decline.

Cancellation Policy

Summer Season:
One night room and tax is charged and non-refundable at the time of booking. Final payment will be taken and non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival.

Winter Season:
If a reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival, all monies received will be forfeited. For cancellations outside 30 days of arrival, the initial deposit is refundable. Once purchased, airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Holiday Season:
If a reservation is canceled within 60 days of arrival, all monies received will be forfeited. For cancellations outside 60 days of arrival, the initial deposit is refundable. Once purchased, airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Forms of Payment

The Osprey at Beaver Creek accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club.

Extra Person Charges

Room rates are based on double occupancy. The charge for an extra person in a room is $25. There is no accommodation charge for children 12 years of age and under when sharing a room with an adult and using existing bedding. The charge for a crib is $25 per night.

Check-in: 4 p.m.
Checkout: 10 a.m.

Guarantee Policy

Generally, we cannot guarantee any room or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Children Policy

Children 12 years and under stay free with adults, when using existing bedding. The charge for a crib is $25 per night.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted.
